Humans, Culture, & Cybersecurity: The Forgotten Factor Of Corporate Defense

Most security breaches don’t occur due to technological failures, but rather due to human decisions: a click on the wrong link, a shared password, or the urgency of complying with a business process. Although we have invested in various perimeter tools, artificial intelligence, and process automation, the truly critical link remains organizational culture. The objective of this conference is to explore how to evolve from traditional awareness programs to a people-centered cybersecurity strategy that fosters secure behaviors in a natural and sustained manner.

The focus is not on training users as “the problem to be solved,” but rather on engaging them as strategic allies in digital defense. It also explores how CISO leadership can inspire secure practices without generating fatigue, how to measure cultural maturity in security, and what practical tools allow us to consolidate an organization where information protection is part of the corporate DNA.
