The AI Revolution in Healthcare: Potential Benefits, Risks, and the Brazilian Scenario

Angela Freitas is the CIO at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Angela has 18 years of experience in IT and Digital, 16 of which are in the healthcare industry. She holds a degree in Data Processing from FATEC/UNESP, an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and is certified in Leadership and Innovation from the prestigious Stanford University. She is the CIO at Johnson & Johnson MedTech Brazil and a Visiting Professor of IT Management in the MBA program at the Instituto e Pesquisa Albert Einstein. Before joining Johnson & Johnson, Angela served as Senior Director of Executive Services at Gartner, working with the country’s leading healthcare institutions. She also led the reorganization of IT and Digital strategy and value proposition at AbbVie in Brazil as Head of these areas, and has additional experiences with Novartis and Accenture
